AKC CGC Readiness
Open to all breeds and ages, Canine Good Citizen is a 10-point skills test consisting of manners and responsible handling between you and your fur child. This training prepares you and your pal to take your test. The AKC CGC award is required by some therapy dog organizations and community centers.
Obedience Training
Waggin’ Pals uses positive training, focusing on communication between fur children and owners. We teach you how to use ABCDT (Animal Behavior College Certified Dog Trainer) techniques and tools to train your fur child to be a welcome addition into your family culture. This class is 8-10 weeks long also includes Distraction Training
Overnight Boarding
Bring your furry baby to a slumber party! You can relax and enjoy your nightlife while we look after your fur child overnight. Your baby will be treated like one of our own, while you sleep in. Night boarding begins at 6pm EST and ends at 8am EST. Kennels/crates are required to be dropped off with your fur baby.
Basic Behavior Training
Training classes based on problematic behavior such as nipping, inappropriate chewing, barking, etc. Waggin’ Pals DOES NOT specialize in reactive dog behavior modification. We recommend you seek a specialized professional behavior modification for advanced behavior problems.
Day Care
Bring your fur child to play and enjoy in socialization during the day while you work. Your fur child will receive individualized care and enrichment through play, day walks or park visits. Waggin’ Pals will provide you with updates and pictures throughout their care with us, until you ask us to stop. We intend for your furry pal to be ready for sleepy cuddles with you after you both return home. Kennels/crates are required to be dropped off with your baby.
