FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The Answers You Need
We understand that your pets are like family, and it’s our top priority to make you feel comfortable with the care we provide them. To make sure all your questions are answered, we’ve included our FAQs below.

Why do I need to bring my kennel during daycare/night boarding?
Your pal’s safety and comfort is important to us. When you drop off your loved one, possibly for the first time, we want them to have a place that they will feel safe and homely if we must walk outside without them, or if they need a break away from friends.

What if I do not have a kennel for my dog?
Do not stress about it, we can rent you a kennel for the day fee of $5.

I cannot pick up until after closing time, do I have to pay the night fee for an extra hour after closing?
No, we will apply an afterhours surcharge of $15 for early or late pick up/drop offs.

What does “individualized care” mean?
At most, one person will have accountability of your furry buddies, during their stay.

My dog is coming to spend the night, what types of things should I pack for their sleepover?
It is recommended you pack dinner portions of food, a shirt or blanket that smells like home and a toy or two. Please do not bring bones or treats, we will not give them to your fur child while in our care..

Do I need to bring the food and water dishes with my pet?
We recommend bringing their food dishes for the purpose of keeping feeding times normal, but Waggin’ Pals will provide the water dishes while your loved one is in our care.
